If you have a long-term health condition, moving more & being active can really help. Often people are unsure about how to get started and what is safe for them. Our ‘Active Wellbeing Hub’ exercise programmes offer plenty of advice and support from specialist exercise instructors.

Being physically active is great for your health and wellbeing, and when done regularly will benefit you physically and mentally. It is also a great opportunity to have fun, meet new people and socialise. Physical activity can help prevent and manage more than 20 health conditions and diseases, including coronary heart disease, some cancers, diabetes, musculoskeletal disorders, mild/moderate depression and obesity.
