Helping people to achieve the best possible health for themselves and their families is important to Solihull NHS Care Trust; in fact, it’s at the heart of everything we do. That's why we offer a range of Healthy Lifestyles Services across the borough in a number of varied and accessible venues. The services on offer will help you with lifestyle issues such as getting support to eat healthily, be the right weight, take exercise and stop smoking as well as signposting you to other lifestyle services or advice on other health matters that have a big impact on your life.
Healthy Lifestyle Bus
