About Solihull Active

The Solihull Active team aims to help everyone get ‘more active, more often’. The team are a part of the Public Health Directorate at Solihull Council and we aim to support residents to take part in sport and physical activity across the Solihull borough, and lead a more active lifestyle.

  • Sadie Walker: Interim Senior Public Health Manager, Leisure & Physical Activity – overall service manager with focus on strategic work across the team’s portfolio.
  • Nathan Smith: Senior Solihull Active Officer – sport and physical activity lead with a focus on working age adults and voluntary community sector development.
  • Kim Dunger: Senior Solihull Active Officer – physical activity and health lead with a focus on long term conditions.
  • Becca Allen: Solihull Active Officer, Facilities – support in the management of the Leisure Contract, ensuring the leisure centre contributes to the delivery of the Council’s objectives and the development of a wider set of leisure facilities in the Borough.
